Terms and Conditions

Please find below our full terms and conditions.

1. Entry is free, simply fill in the reply card and return to us.
2. For each client recommended you will receive one entry.
3. Entries do not have to be made on the official form.
4. A client is defined as a business which after recommendation goes on to be under contract with Bibby Financial Services.
5. All entries must be sent to Bibby Financial Services, Marketing Department, 3-4 Horse Fair, Packington House, Banbury, Oxford, OX16 0AA.
6. Closing Date: there will be two draws, closing dates are 31st March & 30th September.
7. One prize per draw will be awarded. Winner can choose from the following prizes: years supply of champagne or wine, London theatre break for 2, Personal chef to serve dinner for 4, £500 of vouchers of your choice, relaxing spa day or race day.  
8. All prizes have a maximum value of £500.
9. Prizes are non-refundable and not transferable.
10. Bibby Financial Services take no responsibility if the prizes break after prizes have been awarded.
11. Winners will be picked by an independent adjudicator and all decisions are final.
12. Winners will be notified 10 days after the closing date, by phone/post.
13. Names and counties of winners will be available upon written request 10 days after the closing date. Please write to Bibby Financial Services, Marketing Department, 3-4 Horse Fair, Packington House, Banbury, Oxford, OX16 0AA.
14. By entering this competition, winners agree that they may be used in publicity by Bibby Financial Services.
15. Bibby Financial Services take no responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged entries.
