Asset Finance In A Nutshell
- Our Asset Finance products provide funding solutions to help with the purchase of new equipment or the refinancing of existing assets to generate the much needed working capital to help your business grow.
- Our Asset Finance service helps your business by providing Minimum Term Rental Agreements, Hire Purchase or Finance Lease facilities for both new and existing equipment for fixed periods between 2 - 5 years, and for certain longer life assets, up to 7 years.
- When you buy new equipment with Hire Purchase, you choose the vendor and the equipment. We agree a suitable repayment plan. We pay the vendor who delivers the equipment directly to you. At the end of the repayment period, and upon payment of an option to purchase fee, the equipment is yours to keep.
- Buying new equipment with Finance Lease is similar to Hire Purchase with the exception that at the end of the repayment period you do not own the equipment. You can either: return the equipment to us, continue to use the equipment in exchange for a secondary rental or sell the equipment on our behalf at market value(we will repay most of the sale proceeds to you as a rebate of rentals).
- Minimum Term Rental Agreements are similar to Finance Leases, with the exception that once the minimum hire period has expired, you can return the goods to us, giving us advance notice of this, at no extra cost.
- Refinancing durable assets can release the cash tied up in your existing machinery to invest elsewhere in the business.
- Our facilities can be shaped to suit the needs of your business, ensuring you get the equipment you need on terms you can afford. Our fixed rental repayment plans mean that whatever happens to interest rates, your payments to us won't change.
